The dinosaur story has always seemed to me a huge hoax. The certainty cam when I read an article with photos of big stones with dinosaur foot imprints. Not imprints that had any particular shape, only scratches in the rock. And the scientists declared clearly which dinosaur species left these traces and where. Oh, dear, you can’t make it up.
